Common law and proof of this?

Hi all, my boyfriend is the main applicant on our Bcpnp application and I am his dependent. We have recently been accepted by Bcpnp and have our certificate. But it only states him on it and nothing about me, how am I attached to him? When we go to the border what would I need to take to proof this? I just think it's strange how I'm not on the certificate or anything, is this normal has anyone els dealt with this?

Now that he is nomintated, he will apply to CIC as the principal applicant and you will be his dependent... so you should be able to get you PR too... Not sure why you need to go to the border with your nomintation certificate...

We thought we were on implied status and were advised to go to the border to get our new bridging visa using the cert and the officer didn't seam to think I was able to as he said "ride" Andrews Bcpnp. So now I'm confused and don't understand were I fit in this.

Was Andrew able to extend his stay or get the BOWP at the border?

No he has to leave also, and isn't alound to apply for a new visa until may 2015
