Hi,
I have applied for PR through FSW Inland and the application is in progress. I expect that it will not be processed before June 29th when my Canadian partner and I will be common law. We live together in Toronto and she is Canadian born and bred. My application does not depend on her in anyway. Do I still need to notify CIC about this on June 29th? If so I assume a copy of her passport, birth cerificate, screenshot of marital status on CRA web site and declaration of common law will suffice given this is not a spousal application?
