the following blanks are still confusing me:
of (1.name of city,town,village) country of (2.if applicable) in (3.name of province,state,territory) in the country of (4.name of country)
My and my partner original country is India and we currently in Malaysia and want to get the form signed in Malaysia as well.
is it correct to fill the four blanks as following?
of (New Delhi) country of (India) in (Kuala Lumpur) in the country of (Malaysia)
