Commissioner of Oaths for Common Law Declaration

Hello.
I understand I have to get the Statutory Declaration of Common Law signed and Stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths or Notary Public.
There is a Commissioner of Oaths in my company but her seal says Commissioner of Oaths for "Company name".
She mentioned she didn't know if I could use her as she is a commissioner for the company's matters.

Can I still get her to sign my declaration?

Personally I would ask the local council.
