coming to canada on pr status on a round trip ticket

Hi there,
I have been working as a caregiver for 4 years now and my application together with my family will be released (hopefully) within the year. My children are presently enrolled in Universisty back home until March when school year ends. Will they be questioned if I get them a round trip ticket so they can land here, stay for two weeks and just come back to stay permanently after school in March?
