Hello everyone. I'm a newbie :) I read on a post from a guy here on this platform that after he had INVESTIGATED, he found that if your preferred course isn't available as a two year program, and you combine two shorter programs (e.g. a one year/2 semester PG certificate prog and another one year PG diploma); that when it is time to apply for a PGWP, you will only be given a one year PGWP duration based on ur last one year program! As opposed to a 2-3 year PGWP for a two year prog. On the contrary, however, I read on the Canada.ca website that two short courses can be combined to get a two-three year PGWP. Apparently, the website is a more authoritative source, but I just want to confirm if anyone here has (or knows someone who has) been denied a two to three year PGWP (SPECIFICALLY) because he/she combined two courses to make 2 years of study.
