Combing part time and full time work for eligibility.

My question is about express entry, So I worked at my first job (NOC - 62020) for first 3 months as a full time working at-least 30 hours per week but after that I switched to part-time at the same job averaging about 20-25 hours per week, which added to around 2 months of full time, Can I combine this and show this as 5 months of full time in express entry. If i can do so, how can my employer present this information on my job letter. Also If i can do what i said earlier, can I also combine this with my Primary Occupation of NOC 72100 (Machinist) , in which I completed 7 months recently, Will all of this make me eligible for Canadian Experience Class under express entry?
