I have attested trabscripts and degrees of BS & MS programs from HEC. Also my matric and inter degrees are attested from IIBC. Did i required to attested the color copies again or just sealed their color copies and forward to WES.
Also i want to know that they require color copies or b/w also accepted for WES Canada
