passport color copy 1st page which had top half with 2nd and third page of my passport and bottom half with 4-5 page of my passport

( assuming you have all your stamps in those pages only ..if you have more mapges please make more copies in this order )
passport color copy 3rd page top half with 32-33 of my passport page and bottom half 34-35th page of my passport with my address and my back home address.
this is what i have submitted and it worked . no need to over analyse and create more confusing short cuts .
when given an opportunity first time starting from the get go .....please submitt whatever you can to avoid makin gyour application non routine --save time ..theirs and yours
