Your percentages are good and chances are good that you will get into some good Canadian University. As your academic studies are only 16 years so you don't qualify for Phd directly. You will have to study for 2 years (Masters) and then you will be able to do Phd.
It is the same, here in Pakistan if you are going for Phd then you will have to do 2 years of study in M.Phil. In Canada this M.Phil is somewhat M.S. In other words your time will not be wasted at all.
You should apply to Masters in some universities. check this link and find a university that is most suited to you interms of ranking, course, fee etc. http://www.4icu.org/ca/

Yes, IELTS is the requirement of almost every university. You can take both IELTS/TOEFL exam to prove your english proficiency. However, it is advised from visa point of view to take IELTS exam and score atleast 6.5. Good university requires IELTS around 7 plus. Work for it and score good. Believe me it is not difficult.

i have filed my visa on 19th june.
i have applied for st.lawrence college kingston
business administration - accounting
i have paid the full $13,085 fees.
and i have showed the good statement also.
a person told me paying full fees will increase your chances to get the visa? is it true?

Well most of guys do it but it is not a best practice. In the checklist of CHC Islamabad it is explicitly mentioned not to do so.

Paying full fees in no way increase ur chances,,beside this mostly colleges demand advance fees,,and u can see the google sheet that plenty of college students r waiting for even medical call and most of them had paid atleast one semester fees ,on the other hand,university students are getting medical calls and visas while most of them they have not paid even a penny towards fees,saadalvi said:
chc isl checklist also suggest u not to pay fees before getting study permit until it is required by college to issue LOA
