PG Diploma in Project Management in Lambton College to Master course in Civil Engineering in University of Ottawa........I already paid tuition fee about 3.5 laks in Lambton college can i get transfer of my full fee to university of Ottawa...Recently i got offer letter from University of Ottawa...Pls help me....
