I want to know which of these colleges are good in Education, Residence Area, Part Time Job and climate condition

1 ST. Clair College Windsor South Ontario

2 Algonquin college Ottawa, Ontario[/b]

I think Algonquin college is good, since it is located in the Capital city. As far as weather of the both cities will be the same.
