I need information on PGWP after 1 year diploma. How can i get PR if my PGWP is only 1 year? Can someone please explain what college students do?

Yes, I was actually too looking for an answer to this, from someone who had been through it all...

But form my little research, I can tell you that if grads are unable to find a full time employment offer (which may allow them to eventually apply for PR under PNP) immediately after receiving the PGWP, then they opt to move to provinces like Manitoba, Saskatchewan where getting a PR is relatively easier.

And, if the PR application is still in process while PGWP is about to end, then they apply for the Bridging Work Permit, which allows them to stay and work until their PR application process is complete...

You need to apply for an off campus work permit as soon as you can. The off campus permit will allow you to start looking for work before you graduate and work up to 20 hrs. a week along with your classes. This will give you more time to find employers and to prove yourself and hopefully have a job lined up by the time you graduate. The off campus work permit will also allow you to start working full time as soon as you graduate while you are waiting for your post-grad permit.

Many provinces have an immigration class for students under their PNP's so you would have to check if your province has anything like that. The PNP might allow you to apply for your immigration with a full time job offer and possibly a certain number of hours worked as well. If you have been nominated by the PNP before your post-grad permit expires, you would not need an LMO to apply for a regular work permit and continue working. If you have already applied for PR and gotten an AOR, you can apply for a bridging work permit. If you still don't have anything like that by the time your post-grad permit is about to expire, you would have to ask the employer to apply for an LMO for you so you can apply to extend your work permit.

Your backup plan would be that if you manage to work full time for a full year in a skilled position, you could apply for PR under CEC. Even if nothing works out and you get no LMO and can not extend your work permit and have to return to your home country, you can still apply for your PR under CEC if you have a full time skilled work experience in Canada for 1 year.
