It will be as if Condition 51 was never applied. You can just ignore it from now on.

The repeal was total, and complete. Anyone currently in Canada, or yet to land, does not have Condition 51.

The only people affected by it now are those who were already removed from Canada. They don't get to come back. Otherwise, all spouses with it don't have it, all people yet to land with on the COPR don't have it, and all investigations into it were halted.
