I was born in CANADA my mother is a CANADIAN citizen,i moved out of the country 15 years ago, have been married for 14 years and have 2 children with my husband, my question is i have been out of CANADA 15 years now and will move back to CANADA with my family, since i have not worked in CANADA for this period of time is it possible for my mother and me to sponsor my husband seeing as i really do not want to leave my husband and children here while i go to CANADA to establish myself there,he is currently working at the same company for over 20 years as well (to find work in CANADA is not a problem for me or my husband as my immediate family owns 2 restaurants there and have confirmed work for us) thanks in advance

No, your mother can't sponsor him but you can since you are a Canadian citizen. It doesn't matter that you haven't lived or worked here for 15 years. What matters is your intent to move back. Start reading through the CIC website first about sponsoring your husband to Canada. And applying for the children's Canadian citizenship as they inherited that from you. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse.asp
