Co-sponsor my mother-in-law

Me and my wife both have PR. I have been working here from last three years but my wife is not working. She only has stayed here for two years. We want to apply for PR for her mother i.e my mother-in-law. I will co-sponsor with her but I want to know that if there will be any problem in this process as my wife has stayed in Canada for 2 years only.

No issues. You can certainly do this. Note that your wife will have to be the primary sponsor.

You also need to meet LICO and be selected for the lottery. 2021 PGP has not been announced yet.
