Co-op work permit application help needed

Hi . My name is Shawaiz and I am international student at MITT in Winnipeg. I am filing for my Co-op work permit and I am bit a confused about what to fill in the education section and employment section. Before coming to MITT in September 2020. I was a student at Canadian Mennonite University till May 2020. How do i list in the application about my previous education in Canada as there is limited space in the form. I have had above 3 part time jobs in Canada and there is only space for 3 in the form so how do i list my other part -time jobs?

ANY HELP or advice will be appreciated.

For additional info attach a list with the details in the letter of explanation section,

I don’t have enough space on the form to explain everything. What should I do?
If you need more space to explain your situation, attach a separate sheet of paper. On the paper, give the full answer. Write the letter or number of the question you are answering.

LOE has no format, it's just like a letter you're writing to someone.
Google and see for any formats, might find something on this forum.
