cnfused about funds mention in initial appliction

hi
would anyone like to inform me about funds as i have written in my initia l appliction $20000.is it correct or wrong i have a wife n 2 kids.somebody told me that u r 4 family members correct (including me) so correct amount is 20599$ i m cofused.

As per latest instruction guide for 4 family members required funds are CAD 20,599/-

2 $13,801
3 $16,967
4 $20,599
5 $23,364
6 $26,350
7 or more $29,337
