Greetings,
I had applied for permanent residency 3 years back. However, the applications were not processed as the Canadian immigration had decided to stop all the proceedings for a few months. IELTS expires in 2 years.
This year, 2015, the gates have opened for skilled labour and a faster process. But the IELTS results, since they have an expiry of 2 years only, cannot be used. Is it really fair for me to undergo all the pain and expenses to re-sit the exams? Can't the CI accept my new application with the previous IELTS results as i had applied in the first place with a valid IELTS certificate.
Please guide/assist
Thank you
