Hi,

How do I close my CEC application, and re-submit a completely new application. Any idea?

Is closing the first application going to affect my second application?

If I submit a new application, are they going to put all these new documents in the old file(re-open the old file) or they are going to create a completely new file?

Thanks

Have to already received the AOR? If yes, email CPP-O and withdraw
your application. Mention your name, dob and file number in the email.

If you then submit a new application, it will be considered a new application.

May I ask why you want to withdraw your application?

I worked at organization-A for 18 months. The first 7 months were through a job agency-B, but the last 11months through direct contract.
So, in this application I mentioned all these 18 months of experience as experience at organization-A.

They might consider all these 18 months as self-employment and refuse my application. Therefore, I am planning to get a letter from my former manager at organization-A and the pay details from job agency-B to prove the first 7 months as not-self-employment.

It seems to me little complicated.

Why do you think they consider that being self-employed?

After I worked at that organization for 7 months, they asked me to be incorporated. Although it was the same position, and I performed the same duties. In addition, my pay rate was also much higher than the pay I received during the first 7 months. CIC considers this incorporation thing as self-employment.

I was not aware about that. So, it seems if I can get a letter from both places mentioning the first 7 months, I can get credit for the first 7 months.
