Im posting this for a friend who asked for help.
He arrived in July 2021 with a closed WF for a company in QC with a contract of 3 years, they were supposed to help them bring his family but they have not started the process and he would like to reunite with his family as soon as possible. It will be his spouse and 5 children (2 are over 18years old).
I have done some online re-search but it's not very clear what are the steps once the person is already working in Canada.
So my questions are: Where can we start the process? what are the steps to do it? and do you recommend doing it by ourselves or will he need to hire a lawyer/consultant?
