Closed Work permit

Hi guys, I was working with an employer, they agreed to do my Lmia, then later I got fired from them, but I applied for the closed work permit after the lmia was approved..now my closed work permit is approved, what should I do, do they have to hire me back or reject me..please help, as I'm confused, thanks

The best thing to do is start looking for new employers to sponsor yo under an LMIA again.

may be wrong, but hopefully some one come in an correct me

or apply fr a open permit since you are in canda and your permit is valid you are allowed to stay until it expires. so go apply for a new permit open this time.

The benefit of a closed work permit after loosing the job is that you don't have to leave the country.

If you have a valid closed work permit, you can stay in Canada however you can't work for any other employer if your current employer fires you
If you want to work again, you need to get another closed or open work permit.
