Client Application Status

Hi,

I've received my AOR with UCI and file number in September but I'm not able to check the status on the Client Application Status. It states in the website that "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."

Does anyone know why I'm not able to check the info in their website since I've the UCI/Application number from CIC?

Besides, CIC has requested me to do Medical Exam and which I've completed last week. After medical exam, how long will CIC take to request for passport?

Hi. The reason for such response might be due to an error in the info you provided or there is some lacking info in the fields required in the eCAS.
