For months now I log into the CIC.gc.ca each day to check my application status. However, for the past two days, when I try to log in I am not able to get to the section where they ask for my name and client idea. The most frustrating part of this is that I don't know if it is a problem with my computer or actually a problem with the site. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem. Help.

There seems to be an issue with ECAS all day today. Once it is back, use this link for direct access: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ECAS.jsp

Thanks for the quick reply Itslaeq. At least I know it is not my computer screwed up.

The ECAS service seems like it has been out of service recently, at least it has not been accessible for many. Hopefully CIC will be notified and get it back in service soon.

yes you tell right last two days on line e-case file did not opened, so this problem is same on my pc. so think some error in cic web. thanks.
