I got a request to submit the COC letter ? I think that's what its called its for a criminal record check
it said the last day to submit is 20th November, my letter has not arrived in the mail yet for me to submit it to cic.
unfortunately my country took awhile to mail it to me and right now it's at Canada according to the tracking number but it hasn't arrived at my address yet.
Could I just upload it late without any issues?
