I personally don't think you are eligible to apply. The problem is with your Writing score, which is less than 6. Are you good with French??? If you can score more points in French, consider claiming French as your first language.

My reasoning is as follows: First go here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-language.asp This says

You must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 for your first official language in all four language areas.

Scroll down to the IELTS section to see that CLB 7 needs at least a 6 in IELTS in all areas. The above are all from the official CIC website.
