Hello All,

If someone has a province nomination as skilled worker and his occupation is computer programming that falls into NOC (0), and he wants to apply in order to get the permit resident. Is it fine to apply on The federal skilled worker stream. Also should he has CLB level 7 that or CLB 5 works in this case because the province ask for CLB level 5 in order to get nominated.

looking to hear from you.

Regards.

No.

"Province nomination as skilled worker" and "Federal skilled worker" are two different streams and have different qualifications. You cannot have CLB 5 for Federal Skilled Worker, period. If the provincial nomination allows it, then you should go through that.
