CLB 8 - Do I need to re-take?

Hello - I scored as follows: LRWS - 7.5, 7.5, 7.5, 8. With masters degree and 4 years experience, I have a 406 score in EE. Is it worth aiming for some magic numbers like people say 8,7,7,7. It looks like the score is not coming down that easily for another year or so at-least Any recommendations on how much I could boost my score by re-taking? How do I improve in key areas? I am appearing for CLB soon and really need to score best since it is required for the bridging prog I wish to start soon. Do u mind sharing the exam pattern and kind of questions asked in R/W/S/L. Would really appreciate any help. Thanks

I would advise you retake the test. You are potentially 0.5 marks away in Listening
