i applied for SINP and got it , leading to ITA in Oct and eventually my application for PR on 30th Oct 2017. I got a rejection email on 15th December 2017, citing incompatible PCC. i created a fresh EE profile and requested SINP for nomination amendment. i got the revised nomination on 15th Jan 2018 and i got another ITA on 24th Jan'18. I have obtained PCC from the indian passport service now.
My query is 2 fold:
a) am i required to go for medical again - i got it done in October 2017. was it linked to my old application and hence i need a new one or is medical valid for 1 year? if it is valid, then how do i connect that with current EE.
b) I am maintaining 1 saving salary account and another joint savings account with my wife , where i am the first holder. can i show both these accounts as she is also accompanying me as per application? there are some loan repay entries as well as cash deposit into both my account and with that my balance is above CAD 36K. In addition to this i have almost CAD 80K in my Provident Fund, which accrued over last 10 years. Will my PoF shall be adeqaute.
