Hello. So my diploma is of 2 academic years ( 16 months ) I've some doubts:
1- I was just wondering if I'll be getting a 16 month PGWP or 3 years....

2- Is it easy to get PGWP? Do they need any funds etc to be shown?

3- Can I work in any job regardless of my studies and can apply for PNP / CEC with that job?

1. 16 months academic program equals 2 years, expect 2 to 3 years of PGWP.
2. Provided you complete the course, hold a valid SP & apply with in 90 days of receiving transcripts (not degree). No fund required.
3. You can work in any field. For CEC, job must be NOC O/A/B. For certain PNP's, NOC C/D are also eligible (with conditions).

Thanks for the replies guys! Really helpful :) I know immigration isn't easy with accounting diploma. I was more interested in earning what I paid in tuition. Working as an accounting assistant even though not getting PR would be worth it. At least I'd have some working experience in my field :D
Now I've 2 another questions (sorry) :
1. what if I get lucky and land a permanent job offer with the diploma? ( anything can happen )
2. if I get credit for 1or 2 courses, it'll shorten the length of program, now will my PGWP equal the original time frame written on my LOA or the shortened program?

if the diff. between start date and end date = 730 days, then u will get a 3 yrs PGWP
if not then =to the length of ur study

Incorrect.

Most likely you are referring to 730 days (out of every 1825 days) of permanent residency obligation requirement.
