Hi People,
For FSW Category 3, the instructions read as "you are legally studying in Canada as an International Student for at least one year immediately before submitting your application or have been legally working in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker for at least one year immediately before submitting your application.
I need help with the bolded portion. Here is my case: I completed a one year program and started working in a PG Work permit for 4 months and then applied for FSW-3, would I qualify? They refused my application saying this,

"Although you have indicated that you are a Temporary Foreign Worker there is insufficient evidence on file that you have been legally working in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker for at least one year immediately before submitting your application. There is insufficient evidence on file that you are legally studying in Canada as an International Student for at least one year immediately before submitting your application" Mind you I supplied with all the proofs. Can anybody clarify if I qualify, has anybody applied in my situation and got approved? Please help.
Thanks,
