Clarification Required on (Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada?)

I am currently applying for a visitors visa for Canada but I am confused about the above question

My parents recently got approved and received there visitors visa from UAE and now I am applying for one from USA but I am not sure if the answer to the above question will be YES or NO because we are planning to meet there. My parents will fly from UAE while I will fly from US and meet them there.

Your clarification on this would be highly appreciated.
