clarification regarding noc

Hello All

I need some clarification regarding selection of NOC with respect to my job responsibility. According to my profile only 3-4 responsibilities are matching with NOC provided with by CIC. So, i want this clarification that how many responsibilities should match with given NOC's responsibilities so that rejection may not arise.
