Hi Friends,

Recently CIC updated the completed applications for different NOCs.

It mentions “as of 6th June” , so does this mean till 06th June 2014, CIC received only 3 completed applications in all
respect and thus accepted say for NOC 0113 (Purchasing Manager) ?

Ofcourse, they may have received more than 3, but remaining got rejected due to various reasons, as of 06th June 2014.

Please help suggest.

Regards,
Bruhaspati

No - it doesn't mean that. These number are always going to be 4-6 weeks behind so the numbers on the CIC site now probably only reflect the first few days of May.

Actually I just noticed, this count for "Number of complete applications counted towards the 1,000 sub-cap" with
Footnote 1 mentions as on May 04th 2014.

The 06th June 2014 Cap is for applications in PHD stream.

This is bit confusing, my interpretation is - As on 04th May, we have 157 of 25000 completed applications received.
with number of completed applications within each NOCs as mentioned therein, for ex. for NOC 0113
Purchasing managers , its 3 applications received, again this is as on 04th May 2014.

Can someone please clarify , if this understanding is correct?

If right, then CIC received these many applications within just 3 days of its opening (01st May to 04th May).

Please help suggest friends.

It's kind of amazing to consider how "on the ball" those people must have been to have everything ready to send so quickly. NOC0113 wasn't even available last year (was it?)
