Clarification on the TEN years time period for providing the information

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone can help me figure out the ambiguous ten years time period for express entry.

Do we need to consider the last ten years from the point of receiving an ITA or making an EE profile or something else?

I would appreciate if any senior member/members can help me understand this.
