CLARIFICATION ON QUEBEC IMMIGRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

I would like to know more about Quebec Skilled Worker Program and how to check the eligibility for this. As I am new to this.

I have already submitted my profile for Canadian Express Entry, so will I be eligible to submit an application for Qubec also?

Your views on this will be highly appreciated.

Express Entry is much faster way than Quebec skilled worker program. Why do you want to do that if you have already applied through Express entry??
I don't think you can apply through two different methods at the same time.
