I am writing to seek clarification regarding my eligibility for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) – Accelerated Tech Pathway.
I am currently eligible under the Express Entry (CEC) stream with a CRS score of 408. I have over one year of work experience in a NOC Boccupation as an Office Administrative Assistant.
I have recently received a job offer in the Alberta tech sector for a position that is listed as eligible under the Accelerated Tech Pathway.
Before proceeding with my submission, I would like to confirm whether I must also have at least 12 months of prior work experience in the eligible tech occupation, or if I may apply immediately once I have the qualifying tech job offer, even though my previous work experience is in a different field.
