You need to have worked for 1560 hours and 52 weeks to apply

No. The minimum requirement is one year of full-time work, where full time is defined as "30 or more hours worked per week." Since you are full time , you simply need to work 25 weeks.

Hours are provided for part-time people to calculate their FTE. Since it appears you are not part-time, it does not apply to you.

Hello Jes, Am a bit confused by your feedback. you started the response with "NO" so do you mean am not eligible to apply with 1 year experience?? my employment letter from my last workplace was from august to end of march and i totalled 1570 hours as a full time employee as a warehouse manager. Please clarify since i am yet to fill out a profile even though my CRS scores is at 460.

EEK! Sorry for the typo, I meant 52 weeks, not 25!!!!

You stated you have 8 months of full-time experience. The requirement is 12 months / 52 weeks of full-time experience. You do not yet qualify.

How about if you took unpaid holiday in between ur 12 months work experience? For eg. I work from 13 May 2016 to Present but i took 3 weeks unpaid vacation in last feb. N how does CIC will know if i just submit reference letter and Notice of assessment last year as it wont reflect my less pay for holiday.

Hey!

One of my younger brothers wants to create an online profile with express entry. He is confused about his NOC. He is working as a Marketing Executive. Is there anybody can help him find out his NOC. Thanks in advance.

With regards

They can only calculate your weeks by your T4. If they do not want you to send pay slips, they can not see your exact weeks which you really worked. But to avoid any issue, you could wait 3 more weeks to reach 52 worked weeks.

As noted by sandra02, your earnings will be short. Also, if you left Canada during that time, there will be a record of your departure/re-entry.

Do you really want to risk it all over 3 weeks? Suggest you just write a LOE and add 3 weeks to your calculations.

You are right!! i should just wait three more week and than make a profile coz if i make profile now with the start date then it will automatic update 1 year experience on June 13.
