Claiming poits for experience !

Is it required to mention the respective NOC code no. while claiming the points for experience or it should be left for the CIC to determine based upon our CV and experience certificates that which particular NOC code no. do we fall under.
Secondly, what are the specific requirements for the experience certificates, do they need to be sent originals as received from the company or notorized copy will do.

1. resume or cv is not send , u have to mention all the codes and duties on the forms
2. experience letter is send in original duly stamped and content as mentioned in visa application forms
