Claiming points for siblings?

While creating the EE profile, I claimed the points ( for now, have not received ITA yet)for sibling living in Canada. My sister is PR, though she is not living in canada from last 1 year. She has active bank account and DL. However , she does not have any lease or utility bills under her name. So, Can i actually claim points on EE?

No. Never should have claimed points in profile before getting ITA. Take off the points for EE eligibility and see if still eligible. If you have more than 67 points then eligible to submit a profile.

CEC or FSW? You should have never claimed sibling points in your profile in the first place. So if CEC, is your score high enough taking off the points?
