Claiming 50 points for job offer

I’ve been working for the same employer noc 2282 for more than one year under open work permit. My job offer is permanent job. I’m not sure if I should be claiming the job offer points? Also regarding the LIMIA, should i ask my employer to provide me the number or how does it work??

Your employer would need to apply for an LMIA for you to get the points. Simply having a job on an open work permit doesn't qualify.
