My family is in Calgary, AB.
We will have the baby born in 2 weeks and she will be a Canadian citizen.
Can I claim getting the PR as I have to come back and forth for my baby?

Any advice?

No - you can't. Having a Canadian citizen child gives you no such benefit.

If you wish to get PR status, you will have to qualify and apply through one of Canada's immigration programs listed here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp
