What is the job outlook for fresh civil engg. graduates in Canada?? I got to know that it's really difficult to find relevant job after graduation and students often end up doing odd jobs..it is true?

You need to revalidate your studies first. So you should aim for first studying in Canada and only then looking for a Canadian job.
