Yesterday i got reply from CIU recommending my case for further assessment

submitted 02-jan-2009

received by them 09-jan-2009

their letter- 15-jan-2009

their dispatch- 22-jan-2009

i received letter on 31-jan-2009

now i have 120 days to submit all documents

Could you please specify which documents did you submitted to CIO. Also, did you took IELTS or not?

As your case has been approved please mind replying me on a couple of questions.
1) On the additional family information form do i need to stick the fotos of myself and my family members?
2) Do i need to send a copy of IELTS if yes either copy or original
I shall appreciate if you could send me a reply ASAP as i am only missing these things

What documents do you have to now submit? I sent my FSW1 application in last week and want to start preparing to get the rest of the information.

Also, where are you applying from? Does that matter in terms of what you will be asked to submit?

Would anybody tell me please whether one has to paste fotos of oneself and family members on the form if one is applying under category 1 of FSW or shall one leave this blank without fotos.

Check out the Instructions Guide http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp My memory is that FSW1 does not submit photos when initially applying to Syndey.

Answer to all questions

I have not submitted any supporting documents to sydney

I am applying from India and now will submit documents to delhi office

There is no need to send photograph to sydney

Delhi office has annexure A, which says what all documents to be submitted... i started gathering all


I have taken IELTS on 17th jan ( after submitting to sydney) . I got my result out yesterday... got 8 band overallll

i've received a letter same like yours...have you submitted all papers?
do you know about settlement fund ? how can i show it?
i have 120 days to submit all my papers.... 100 days left.. countdown begins..
