Hello,

I submit my permanent residence application a couple months ago and is under processing. I have since then changed my mind about the city where I intend to reside. However, no edits are possible in the "view application" section.

Would this be an issue later on? If so, how should I go about updating it?

Thanks in advance.

Not a problem at all. Permanent residents can live and work wherever they want to across Canada.

I had similar concern... you are asked where you plan to reside, do you have to at least land there or is this completely irrelevant?

It might just be for information purposes but it really doesn't matter. You can land anywhere but Quebec (but you're free to move to Quebec after landing).

Relevant only if you receive a provincial nomination. If not, you can land, live and work wherever you want in Canada.

We can not land in Quebec is clear, but later can move there!!
Meaning, after landing in any other province of Canada, we can relocate to Quebec, work/live here? Canada PR is enough for this?
No other qualification or document required?
And after living in Quebec, we are free to move in and out of Quebec/Canada?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Amy

Yes. Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms grants full mobility rights to citizens and permanent residents.
