My husband is the main applicant. and I am the dependant. We have just got the invitation for PR. My question is if I stay in Canada for 3 years in 5 years( making me eligible for citizenship) and my husband only for 2 years in 5 years , can I apply for citizenship even though husband remains on a PR status.

Both qualifying for citizenship and meeting the PR residency obligation are at an individual level so your husbands status as a PR is not relevant to your status and vice versa.
