call them CIC to verify. Dont listern to sweat comments abovem

they need strictly Linc certificate or IELTS anything else is 50/50% for nice CIC worker to waive at his/her descretion which is very rare.

they need Linc or IELTS language proof even if you are engineer or doctor working in canada.

but i heard they make some exeptions like for people from UK Isles and USA if they have high school diploma from UK or USA they waive at CIC descretion which is not gaurenteed.
