Citizenship test

Hello,
I gave the citizenship test on Dec 6. The test status changed to ‘completed’ on dec 9.
But today I’m seeing there’s an update on December 15 and the test status has been changed back to in process.

what this could mean?

It means that sometimes it is better to browse the forum threads to see whether there is something going on with status tracker and anyone else see have the same problem
