Dear all,

I just wanted to share some Free Practice and Simulation Tests for those who are about to take their citizenship test. I think you are all aware that you now have 3 attempts to pass the test within 30 days after you receive the invite.

My recommended study strategy for getting the 20/20 score was as follows:

Start by doing a quick review of the official study guide Discover Canada, found here (for Free): https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/discover-canada.html

Then:

1- Doing Practice Tests (As many as possible) and then try the test for the first Attempt.
2- If you fail, then go back to the study guide and put more serious work,
3- Do all the Practice Tests and Simulation Tests in any website you get your hands on, I recommend the following:

https://citizenready.ca/
https://www.citizenshipsupport.ca/

For some free tests and materials, you can try:

https://citizenready.ca/free-tests
https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/

This should get you started in a good way.

best of luck

(FYI, I too used this a day before my test, my score 19/20)
This is a great website for practice for sure that only works on your phone as of today. I used it for practice and got 20/20 and completed my test in 5 minutes.

Also I would say try your first attempt when you feel confident, not stressed or in a rush, at least if you fail you still have 2 other opportunities. I took mine early in the morning like around 6:00 am when everything and my surrounding was quiet and calm.
