Citizenship status tracker - technical issues

I applied on October 28 by paper. I received my AOR on January 18. I created my status tracker account and logged in to it successfully multiple times in the past. However, I just tried to log in now again and I am unable to log in. I get the following error:
"unexpected problem. Please try again later"

Anyone else? Any thoughts what is leading to this?
 
Anyone else? I am starting to get worried.

Note that I tried to change the password and it is able to email me a verification code (which is a good sign) but then when I enter the new password, it does not work.
 
I get the same error too while trying to register on the new tracker. Im unable to register from a few months now, not sure what is the issue
 
Hi, the PA is still not able to register. We've tried all permutations possible and gave up. Using ecas and gckey to track now.

Hii, I have same issue. Did you able to create account in onl tracker? It says invalid UCI or application no?
